Developed with Nobel Laureate in Medicine Dr. Lou Ignarro, Core Complex targets four key indicators of heart health: cholesterol, triglycerides, homocysteine and oxidative stress.**
Each Core Complex packette includes:
2 brown softgels of plant sterols and B vitamins
1 green softgel of mixed tocopherols, quercetin and alpha lipoic acid
1 burgundy softgel of Tri-Shield® with Neptune Krill Oil (NKO®)†
2 gold softgels of Herbalifeline® fish oils with Omega-3 fatty acids
†*Foods containing at least 0.65 gram per serving of plant sterols, eaten twice a day with meals for a daily total intake of at least 1.3 grams, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Plant sterols, found in soybeans, have been shown to reduce LDL (“bad cholesterol”) and total cholesterol.†*
Provides antioxidant protection to support circulation and healthy blood vessels.*
B vitamins help maintain healthy homocysteine levels already within the normal range.*

I actually take Core Complex for my knees. I have torn cartilage and the plant sterols help reduce oxidative stress. I had no pain by the end of day 1.
Now, I do not have high cholesterol, but I do have heart disease in my family. I like to have the piece of mind that I'm doing something good for my heart too.
I've had dozens of clients whose cholesterol has come down an average of 100 points. Because this is a dietary supplement, not a drug--it's not a magic pill. It's to be taken in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet.
As well, I had a cardio-calcium scan last year (after being on Core Complex and an Herbalife nutrition program for 1.5 years) that came back with PERFECT results.
Core Complex is a more expensive supplement, and now with CoQ-10 (for cellular energy and beneficial for cardio vascular system) but if your knees and joints find relief, and your cholesterol stays in check--I think it's worth the investment in you.Doesn't Work!

If you are going to spend 85 bucks don't spend it on this! I took these for 4 weeks and my doctor didn't notice any fluctuation in my cholesterol! I really hated that from what the ad said I was getting a great deal. But I just wasted 85 dollars! I will never go with this product again.
