Garlic is supposed to be good for you. For some reason, I didn't see or feel any different after taking half of the bottle of tablets. Also, this brand was a bit pricey compared to the other garlic supplements out there (and they contain almost the same active ingredients).

Not so tasty

Wow! We tried this product and after about a day or two of taking it I think it was coming out of our pores. I only took it a few days because of that problem. If you don't do any activities you will be fine. Don't get physical because when you sweat it comes out of your pores.
