My wife has tried this product to keep her cholesterol stable and lower it. She used this product for a total of four months since she had somewhat of a possibility to having cholesterol problems. After four months of taking this product, her cholesterol was still the same. This product stabilized her cholesterol, but did not lower it. She decided to try the product since it caught her eye and the price was worth a try it was all natural.
