I purchased this omega 3 at Vitamin Shoppe because it was the only one there that said it was tested for purity from mercury, PCB's, and other toxins. I know this can be a problem with some fish oils. I really like Country Life for their quality, and I use many of their products. We've been taking Omega Cardio factors for several months for our heart health, and my husband's blood pressure is down from what it used to be. Heart health is extremely important, so we feel we are doing something good for our future.
