After two heart attacks my mom's doctor recommended this into her medicine routine and she said she thinks it works well. The bottle lasts about a month and is fairly inexpensive. The doctor said this paired with a healthy diet (no trans fats) and other medication can help revitalize the pumping of blood and circulation in the heart. While it's not the best tasting stuff in the world, if it keeps her heart safe it's worth it.
