I have taken this product for many years. It has allowed me to lower my blood pressure while being on prescribed medication and given me extra strength to stay physically active. Riding my multy speed Bicycles in good weather and Cross Country Skiing in the winter.

It's an okay product for the money, but it's kind of like the Thrift Store/Wally world version of a good product. Do you want the good product, or do you want something that isn't as expensive as the other stuff out there? I wasn't as happy with it as I was with some of the better quality products.
