Alfalfa is good for you

I have heard a lot about the benefits of alfalfa for quite some time. Alfalfa is supposed to be very rich in nutrients and the consumption of alfalfa contributes to overall good health. I purchased this alfalfa powder because I was interested in adding something to my morning smoothie. I tried stirring the powder in, but it took some time to dissolve. Later, I thought of blending the powder with the rest of my smoothie and found that that worked much better. Once the alfalfa is added to my smoothie, I don't taste the powder at all and receive all of the supposed benefits of the alfalfa. I found that this powder method is much simpler than eating a bunch of alfalfa directly.
