Aloe Vera: 20000 MG

I tried these softgels because of the large milligram count. They were a good buy. You do have to take about 3 capsules a day, so I like to take softgels rather than hard pills. If you aren't going to drink Aloe Vera Juice and need a pill, these are a good buy. They won't upset your stomach and are easy to swallow.
