My mother has severe arthritis and also severe anxiety/ slight depression. She got off her meds from her doctor, and began taking Ashwagandha. We noticed a difference within a week and a half ... My mother has yet to get back on her arthritis medication or her anxity medications. This has been an absolute blessing to her and our family! she swears by it and will never go back to her old meds!
