I have a sickly teenage daughter and I am always looking for something to help her fight off bugs and illnesses. We started using Ashwagandha about 3 months ago and I really think it has helped her through the cold season. I am a great fan of Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is very good in improving the immune system. I have been using Ashwahgandha from Puritan's Pride for long time and I am getting very good results. It improved my body resistance towards seasonal illnesses. It is a natural way of adding resistance to your body.
