Better than Echinacea

Astragalus is the next buzz word in boosting your immune system. I read about it yrs ago, and started to take it. It does help fight off a cold and build your immune system without compromising it (no time limit for it to be effective). Echinacea has a limit how long you can take it until your system gets used to it. Astragalus doesn't work that way.

I am a consumer of Vitamin Shoppe brands because they seem to have good products at a reasonable price. When they put their name on a product, I know it's gone thru all their tests.

I read about this on Dr. Andrew Weill's website. He recommends it for boosting the immune system. You can take it every day without becoming immune to it's effects. The capsules work great and if I feel a cold coming on I take another one or two throughout the day. I would recommend adding Astragalus to your daily regimen.
