Great for PMS Symptoms!

This is the cure for PMS symptoms. Dealing with PMS on a monthly basis is hard but if you use Black Cohosh at the right times, it can become a lot easier to handle! As soon as you feel the cramps, pains, and aches start, begin to take this daily. I usually take two tablets a day during my period and it makes all the difference. Black Cohosh really is great at helping reduce the cramps and pains and it makes my monthly period a lot more bearable! I have always used this by Puritan's Pride because it's easy to find online and has always been effective!
Works for PMS symptoms

This is advertised for menopausal symptoms. I am no where near menopausal, so I was a bit skeptical when my sister in law recommended this to me for PMS symptoms. If my PMS symptoms are not being regulated by prescription birth control pills, they are out of control. Severe cramping, back pain, and moodiness are all symptoms I have to deal with. I tried this product because of my sister in law's recommendation and the fact that it is a Puritans Pride product. They generally have great products at great prices. I use this and have for 5 months. It significantly reduces the PMS symptoms. I am better able to deal with them while using the product. I will certainly purchase it again!
PMS so less a time of grief now

I have taken Black Cohosh for "female problems" off and on for 3 yrs, having endometriosis and severe PMS. Being in my 40s now, I have found that the Black Cohosh reduces the usual physical pain, chills, sweats, cramps, backache, and fatigue that accompanies that time. It eases the extreme flare ups of endometriosis as well. I am a fan of it and suggest it to others.
