Good Way To Purge Your Intestines

I take this product every day for two weeks, every year. I like Nature's Path brand because it is cheap and I can open the capsules and mix with Metamucil. A professor told me about doing this to strip yeast deposits from your intestines so nutrient absorption isn't hindered. After taking this concoction for one-two weeks, you can see the patches of yeast come out. So, I guess it does what it's supposed to.
