Blessing in disguise!!

I was at my wits end when my milk supply suddenly fell back after two months of breastfeeding. Since my baby was premature, I really need to regain my milk supply. Blessed thistle was really a blessing in disguise and within a few days my milk supply was back to normal.
Lactation help

I not a strong breast feeder to say the least. I've really had to work at it. This product help get my milk to come in and stay in. You have to take a lot though, and drink a lot of water with it.
Nursing Mother's Friend

I nursed all three of my boys and used Nature's Sunshine Blessed Thistle to help with milk production.
I had so much milk I was able to donate to the Mother's Milk Bank at Children's Hospital for preemies.
Would recommend any nursing mother to use Blessed Thistle if they are concerned about having enough breast milk.
