Great for Menstrual Pain

I suffer from severe cramps during menstruation. My aunt suggested that I try catnip to help relieve those pains. At first I thought she was crazy. I decided to try her advice and started putting a few drops in my tea. To my amazement the catnip did help to relieve my cramping. Mixed with a nice tea you never taste it! Definitely worth a try!
Arithirits relief

Catnip is a great herb in many ways. My grandmother used to always use it topically to reduce arthiritis pain and swelling. And now, I too have mild arthiritis, which seems to become noticeably worse during the colder weather. I always keep Catnip by Nature's Answer in my cabinet. Whenever I feel my fingers or ankles swell up, I massage this oil gently onto the affected area. After a couple of hours, I can notice a significant decrease in the swelling. Another great effect of this is that I feel relaxed from the catnip!
