Great natural antibiotic

At the first sign of many others having colds, coughs, the flu, I take cayenne in the capsules in addition to eating spicy foods with it. An excellent natural antibiotic it is, and it is one of the herbs/supplements that I rely on to keep me from catching anything going around. I know one person who takes it to treat an ulcer, strange but true, it helped. This is always in my storage area of supplements as well. Have taken it when appropriate for 4 yrs or so, and it does help.
