Tea Bags are Better

Honestly...I prefer the plain ol chamomile tea bags that you can buy in boxes in the coffee/tea sections at any grocery store.

I use this for several things. As an additive in tea, it helps the grandkids calm down at night. As a beauty aid, I let the flowers steep in witch hazel for a few days, strain and keep in the fridge. By using it as a daily wipe I keep my freckles in check and my skin is very soft and clear. It also makes a great skin cleanser for little kids whe they get a little pink from the sun.
