Good Stuff!

I actually started taking this as an herbal supplement to reduce the growth of unwanted facial hair. I was told that this product might help regulate hormone levels and, in turn, would reduce the hair. I haven't been on it long enough to tell whether or not it will be helpful in that regard, however, I am otherwise very, very pleased with this herb. I too have irregular menses, but after taking this for just one month they are regular, completely painless, and are completely normal. I have also noticed that whereas I am normally a cynical little being, I see the world in a much rosier way when I am on this herb! Wow....=)

Before starting Vitex, I had horribly irregular cycles anywhere from 40-120 days.
Ever since Ive started Vitex Ive been regularly ovulating and having cycles anywhere from 31-37 days for the last 4 months. WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! Ive even noticed my PMS symptoms don't stick around very long anymore and are less severe
I havent gotten pregnant yet but with regular ovulation my hopes are getting higher every day!
This is a great product if you are having irregular menses!!
