Good, green nutrition!

I have enjoyed the benefits of other "green foods" such as spirulina for quite a while. Upon learning that Chlorella is rich in protein and other nutrients, I decided to add it to my regular supplements. As a vegetarian, I worry about not getting enough protein.
The possibility that it may have anti-carcinogenic and detoxifying potential was an attraction for me, as well. With a family history of cancer, I'm willing to try anything that might give me an edge.
I have also heard from several people with fibromyalgia who feel Chlorella has helped their immune systems. Any help I can get for my weak immune system will be a big plus.
My main reason for taking it, for now, is the protein content and other nutrients. I believe it has given me more energy, much the same as I get from fresh wheat grass juice.

Chlorella can come in many forms, but Solgar has made the easiest to take. I used to use droplets in my drinking water, but I didn't like the taste (even though it isn't strong I am just sensitive) and I feel that with Solgar's formula I am still getting a great dose of Chlorella to improve the cellular function in my body.
