I have been using Nature's Bounty Cinnamon capsules for a long time, ever since I read an article in a magazine that said cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar. I tried sprinkling cinnamon on my food but I didn't like the way it made my food taste. I've been using the cinnamon capsules for about 4 months now and when I had my last glucose test my doctor said my levels dropped 15 points. Now he won't have to put me on prescription meds. This is an easy way to take cinnamon without having its bitter taste on your food.
Easy to take

Being a type 2 diabetic, I read that using cinnamon sprinkled on your food every day will help lower your glucose levels. I tried the regular cinnamon spice, but hated the taste on my foods, so I found these capsules to try. I have been taking 2 capsules each day and can't wait 'till I have my next fasting bloodwork done to see if these are really helping me. I am expecting to see good results. So is my doctor, as he is skeptical of this idea, but said it won't hurt me.
Good for the Diet

Cinnamon helps me maintain my weight without additional workouts and less food. I don't get hungry between meals and have lots of energy. I don't know how it works, but I am delighted it does!
Helps with Insulin Resistance

I have been taking Cinnamon to combat my insulin resistance. The doctors are thrilled with my blood work, since I started taking 1000 mg a day. I really like Nature's Bounty because it is easy to swallow and contains 1000 mg unlike many companies that sell 500 mg capsules.
