Cinnamon and Chromium Picolinate?

I do take Cinnamon daily to keep my blood sugar level. Cinnamon keeps the rise in the sugar slower and longer lasting. I do not think that you want to add chromim picolinate to the mix. Why would you? The price for this product seems very high. I would personal shop around for the better price point. I use my regular ground cinnamon and ground flax seed daily . Good luck with your health needs.
