Good for diabetes

I read in Prevention magazine that adding cinnamon to your diet by sprinkling on your cereal or on your food will help control your glucose levels. I am diabetic and take a diabetic pill already but wanted to try this. I didn't like the taste of cinnamon sprinkled on my food so I tried the tablet form. I don't know how much it will lower my glucose levels till I see my doctor next month but because of all I read on the subject I'm expecting good results. This is one easy way to get the cinnamon you need and not have to taste it on you food everyday.
Helped my symptoms

It was recommended to me to try this product by my mother-in-law. I wasn't feeling well at the time, and she suggested this for my diarrhea I was having. This product actually worked and I'm glad I found it. I didn't know about it helping with this, but it worked for me.

My husband's cholesterol was 220 a year ago. Someone recommended cinnamon to bring it down. His last cholesterol test was 159! My sister and my mother had similar results and cinnamon was the only thing they added to what they were doing. I take it as well, so I won't ever get high cholesterol. It also helps regulate blood sugar, which my husband needs too. We wouldn't be without our cinnamon extract and recommend it to anyone with high cholesterol.
