dandelion works for liver cleansing

I take dandelion every day to cleanse my liver. The liver has to work hard to detoxify all the things in our environment like pollution and pesticides and even medication. I think whatever I can do to keep my liver healthy is a plus. My grandmother used to tell me about collecting dandelion roots every spring to make a tonic. Now you can just buy a capsule, which is nice. It's an age old remedy that really works tho.
Helps with Bloating

I had occasional problems with bloating, which were extremely uncomfortable. A friend recommended a herbal remedy, which included dandelion root. Following her advice, I've had no more problems. Heaven knows how much I have saved in medical bills -- the cost is less than my drug co-pay!
