Not so pesky anymore!

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of a dandelion are those pesky weeds that grow out every year and make a mess of my garden!
But despite all the aggravation they cause in my garden, they are really one beneficial herb! My own personal experience has been great with dandelion for constipation. If you ever feel constipated at all, take thse pills three times a day and you will definitely notice a difference. I don't take these on a daily basis, but take these whenever I feel like I need them.
Now I just wish that I could just pull them out of my garden and eat them - but they are just too bitter and much easier to swallow in capsule form!
a natural diuetic

I began using this product several years ago because of water retention and high blood pressure. I retain water whenever I eat too much salt. I take a couple pills and the swelling in my fingers goes down. I can really tell the difference because my wedding band feels looser.

I tend to get swollen fingers and retain water with even 1 tsp of soy sauce! (i know, i know...salt). But it is very nice to be able to use a natural diuretic and not have to have tight joints and swollen ankles for a week. It helps to drink extra water after taking the capsules...you will whoosh faster.

I started using dandelion when I began having swollen ankles that my doctor said was due to water retention. I prefer natural products as much as possible. Dandelion works great for me!
