Dandelion tea--good tasting, convenient

When I looked into options for dandelion root (so many nutrients! plus the improved performance of liver / kidney / and pancreas--and even help with my anemia) most of the options were pills, with a few concentrates. For plant/leaf/root based herbs, I prefer tea--it's close to the natural form and would seem to me to be easily digestible. Plus it boosts my daily water intake.

This one from Traditional Medicinals is organic (preferable of course) and have no ingredients other than the dandelion root. Best of all, the dandelion root is roasted, which gives it a great, nutty flavor. And it's strong, whereas a lot of herbal teas are weak even after steeping for half an hour.

I also respect that the package instructs to use for 6 weeks and then take a break--that suggests they're not desperate to protect their profits.

I'm very happy I found this tea, and I recommend it.

This product is AMAZING. I've been using it for at least 10 years (it used to be called PMS tea). If you experience water retention, this is the tea for YOU. I can't say enough about it. Not to mention all of the other wonderful cleansing properties of dandelion root, it is a fantastic detox for the body, cleansing for the liver, etc. I LOVE THIS tea!

I started drinking this tea when I began following Gillian McKeith's regimen. I love it!! As it steeps the smell is fab and I enjoy it mid morning with a wasa or rye cracker some nut butter and a few seeds & cocoa nibs.
Yummy and beneficial for the liver!! Win win
