When I first discovered Yerba Mate and tried it, I was so impressed, I couldn't tell enough people fast enough. How often do we take a supplement because we read or hear about how it is healthy for us in one way or another, and just take faith and hope in that, even though we can't FEEL the difference? Green tea is a supplement that is a little difficult to tell whether or not it is working effectively. I have finished about half the bottle of this brand, and it seems to be doing OK.
