It made my pms symptoms go away, such as no headaches from pms or less cramps from pms. I took it everyday except period days as those are days that dong quai is supposed to be stayed away from as it increases blood flow. I would buy again as it helps pms for me. Pms can be rough for me without it. $6.99 for 100 bottle is not a bad price either.
