Premium Dong Quai Root-565 mg

I can't live without it!

I'd give this stuff a 10 if I could. Dong Quai is an amazing herb and it completely cures my unbearable cramps. If I don't take it, I literally can't get out of bed. When I take it, I don't feel any cramps at all. I'm worried about potential side effects, or any damage long term use can cause, but I seriously can't live without it.

I must have this or I will drive my family crazy. It keeps my hormones stable during my cycles. I even introduced it to my cousin and she, and her family, can't live without her having it! It's a must for all women.

While I would encourage every woman to see a doctor for any suspicious monthly cycle, I would also have no qualms about endorsing this product. They help to regulate blood flow in irregular periods and it has also helped in mild incontinence.


Don't underestimate!

While herbal remedies may seem flaky at times, Dong Quai is nothing to play with. It can provide great help to the woman suffering from menstrual difficulties, but you should talk to a doctor first because if you stop taking it abruptly you can become more irregular than before. I'm just trying to say, it's a VERY EFFECTIVE HERB.

I use Dong Quai to help regulate my cycles and I have been very pleased with Nature's Way Dong Quai capsules. They are easy to swallow and inexpensive. I have found them to be one of the better values for this supplement.
