I heard about this product from my brother. One day when I felt the flu coming on, I tried this product and it helped me get by the flu with less severe symptoms, and the flu didn't last as long. The taste of this product isn't terrible like I thought it would be. I will use this product again in the future.

We keep elderberry extract on hand as it is a natural remedy for colds. We prefer the liquid form to the caplets as it seems to be more effective. It is not unpleasant tasting and we haven't noticed any side-effects. Elderberry extract is readily available and highly recommended if you are suffering from frequent colds. In our experience, it does help, although we take it when we feel a cold coming on and not every day. It seems to reduce the duration of our symptoms quickly.

I heard about taking Elderberry for colds and flu to boost immune system, on Dr. Bob Martin's Health radio show a few years ago. I tried this the first time I felt the flu coming on and it really worked!

I would have to advise though, eating something with it, as it can really upset your stomach if you don't
