Fennel Seed Supplement

During my pregnancy, I found myself constantly suffering from constipation. The first thing that my doctor recommended I take was this product. I thought that for only one ounce this could have been a little cheaper, but decided to give it a try nonetheless.

While this supplement was easy to take and I love the fact that it is organic, it just didn't have much of an effect on me. I ended up taking fiber supplements instead and those did the trick.
