Great for Indigestion!

Fennel Seed is a great herb to take to help aid in digestion. Whenever my husband feels the effects of indigestion, he keeps these on hand to help relieve the pain. This herb can be taken any time and can cause almost immediate relief of any indigestion pains. If you are someone who has frequent indisgestion, taking this herb once a day after your heaviest meal can really help you out. Plus, Nature's Way fennel seeds are easy to find and available at all vitamin and drug stores in my area!
