Helps Me with Stomach Acidity

Fenugreek is a great neutralizer of stomach acidity. I suffered from acidity for a long time. Even the slightest spicy food would trigger the acidity. However, use of this great herb has really helped me regulate that problem. I take Fenugreek extract once everyday. Its helps neutralize my stomach and reduce acidity. The day I skip a dosage, I can feel the difference and always regret it. All I need to take is three drops daily and it is very easy to mix into my food - its barely noticeable!


HELPS WITH BREASTFEEDING!

When I brought my babies home from the doctor, they continued to loose weight. I discovered that my breast milk supply was low. I was very attached to the idea of breast feeding and did not want to go to formula. I was recommended to use Fenugreek. It worked! My milk supply was increased, and the more I fed my sons the more milk I made. It was temporary for me - I do not take it any more although I do enjoy the occasional cup of tea containing it. And I have two beautiful healthy breastfed boys now!

This is a great thing to have in your kitchen. I always keep it on hand to mix it into pasta sauces, soups, and curries. The flavor it adds a nice flavor to food while also adding to the aroma. But what I like most about it is its health benefits. Fenugreek has been shown to control blood sugar levels, insulin production, and cholestoral levels. And with a family history of cholestoral and diabetes, this is one thing we could definitely use!
