I just had my second baby and was determined to breastfeed; however, she was born early. My milk had not yet come in and I was determined not to bottle feed. I was told by my ob/gyn to take fenugreek, and within days I was producing huge amounts of milk for my baby. She was in the hospital and this made her be able to come home earlier, too. You have to stick to the regimen that the doctor puts you on, but its worth every single penny. It is all natural, too.
Wonderful natural galactogogue

In the early days of breastfeeding my son, we had many challenges to overcome and at one point my lactation consultant was concerned that my supply would dip. She recommended fenugreek, in a dose of 3500 mg per day, to boost my supply naturally. I found that these were effective as well as being inexpensive, and in no time I had more than enough milk to feed my son.
Enhanced my milk supply

During the early days of breastfeeding, my milk supply would dip due to infrequent pumping etc. A supplement of premium Fenugreek boosted the milk supply to double the amount and gave nourishment to my daughter.

When I feel like my milk supply is dwindling, I take 2 capsules 3 times a day for about a week. Generally I notice a difference within a day! It is a lot of pills to take, but I would take them with each meal to insure that I didn't forget. I liked the price, too!
Helped me out during rough times

When I started feeling as if my milk supply was dipping, I went searching for things to help out. This was one of the most talked about ways and I decided to see. This helped increase my milk supply for sure, BUT you do have to take these a lot. We are talking a few pills a day and it can be costly. I chose to take these with Mother's Milk and it helped me out a lot by combining the two.

A friend suggested I take these in order to build my milk supply while I was breast feeding. I did notice an increase in my milk supply and I was thrilled! I happily took the four pills a day. I highly reccommend this for nursing mothers who are trying to increase their supply. It is money worth spending.
Fenugreek and milk supply

I purchased this product about a year ago to help increase my milk supply. The actual labeling is fine, and the capsules were fine, but they didn't help to increase my breast milk supply. I don't blame the company themselves, but it simply did not help. Really, the mg could be higher in it. When you are taking 2 -3 capsules a day, that is going to not last you very long.
