I had read on my mother baby board that fenugreek helps to increase your milk supply whe nursing and I was trying to pump and store so I bought some. It does work. It takes a few days to notice the results and the only thing is... you start to smell like maple syrup. my husband thought it was funny that I smelled like a tasty pancake.

I read about fenugreek and its benefits. It has some hormones in it which helps to stop falling hair. I started to take it, sometimes I open the capsule, empty the contents and make a tea. It has a nutty, sweetish taste. My hair has stopped falling greatly and even started to grow healthy. My son used it for constipation! great laxative too!
