I have been taking FeverFew for over a year now and have noticed a marked reduction in the number of migraines I've suffered since taking the herbal supplement.
FeverFew works by reducing, and sometimes even totally inhibiting, the chemical triggers in the brain and blood vessels that start a migraine to begin with. I prefer the Enzymatic Therapy brand as it contains a higher ratio of parthenolides, which are beneficial in maintaining prime blood vessel tone and improving circulation in the brain. Some research has shown that the herb may have an effect on seratonin levels in the brain, which can reduce stress or tension headaches, as well.
This supplement product from Enzymatic Therapy is reasonably priced, easy to take, and has certainly reduced my migraine suffering over the past year.

I have been suffering from migraines for 8 years now and have been taking feverfew for about 5. This is truly a good product, I can tell the difference when I stopped taking feverfew the severity of the migraines were greater. Also, Feverfew is recommended for migraine/headache sufferers.

If you don't want to take drugs because of the side effects, or because they're not powerful enough, try feverfew.
It works for general aches & pains as well as stress headaches and migraine headaches. It is much safer than the drug alternatives.
