Migraines

I take this along with 2000 mg. of Magnesium Gluconate split into 4 pills per day, 500 mg. each. (from walgreenes.com). I've never tried other versions of feverfew because this one works so good for me. I take one a day, in the morning along with my magnesium and it works great. I've been on it for 3 years and it has vertually eliminated my migrains with the exception of a few, and when I do get them they are extremely mild, a 1-3 on a scale of 1-10. I HIGHLY recommend it.
