I have been taking this for about one month, but I'm not finding it to be to effective for chest congestion. I am only taking 400 mg with 1.5 alkaloids. I read that it may not be effective unless taking 6 or more alkaloids. I haven't gotten any worse, and I have noticed my menstrual cycles are a lot lighter
