Goldenseal is great to take as a preventive and also whenever I feel that I am coming down with something. I always have these in the medicine cabinet for me and my family. I swear by them. I work with a lot of people in my office and everybody seems to come down with something. I rarely get sick when I use this and when I do it is very minor discomfort. I take two every day when I am sick and it does the trick. Try them, they really work.

As far as a home remedy goes Golden Seal is the ticket. Anytime I feel as if I am coming down with something I take my golden seal and the next day I feel great. More people should use this product!
Good as Gold

I take Golden Seal when a family member or co-worker has a cold. That and remembering to wash my hands keeps me healthy when everyone around me looks like they should be in bed. I swear by it!
