A friend recommeded Guggul to me for its apparent weight loss benefits after my first pregnancy. I researched guggul myself and many studies showed that guggul can act as a fat burning agent in the human body.
So I tried this Guggul vitamin from my local drugstore. I took it for about a month (one capsule daily). However, I did not see any real results. It was only once I started eating a proper diet and working out that I started seeing any weight loss. So, I feel this is as good as any weight loss supplement, but not as a stand alone weight loss agent.
