I don't actually know what it's doing to my liver as I haven't had any problems or bloodwork done but I do take lithium every day and have for many years now so I try to maintain its health.

Normally I just took plain milk thistle, but when I saw this product in the Bodybuilding.com web store and read the reviews I decided I had to try it. Body builders take this during cycles of steroids and seem to really like it. If it works for that kind of liver taxation then it must be good.

It has several ingredients that are gentle and I love the additions of kelp and peppermint.
