Another questionable supplement

My brother had been testing out different supplements to assist him with gains at the gym. He had read up on certain ones like Horny Goat Weed, and thought he would give it a try. Boy was that a bad idea.
About 6 hours after taking the first dose, he started to experience headaches and nausea, which later turned into a fever and chills. We couldn't tell if it was directly related to this product, but it was the only thing that he had taken out of the ordinary that day.
He never tried it again because of the experience, so I cannot comment on any long term developments.
I don't think it was related to VS, since I've used Vitamin Shoppe brand vitamins and supplements for several years and have always been pleased with their quality and prices.
