Silica is found in connective tissues throughout the body and is important in the building and normal repair of healthy connective tissue. The best dietary source of silica is whole grains. Each capsule contains 360 mg horsetail.

Great for nails and hair

One of the massage therapists recommended I try horsetail for my hair, as I was dealing with a REALLY bad hair after a perm. When I took them, my hair grew about 0.5 inch every 6 weeks and additionally my nails seem stronger and less likely to chip on the ends.
Great for Hair!

Good strong hair comes from the inside and out! Special Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner alone just didn't cut if for me. Especially since I'm trying to grow it out long, after the fact I've done some considerable damage to it by dyeing it for 5 plus years! I have noticed less breakage and my hair as a whole looks much fuller and healthier since adding this supplement to my diet!
