Relief for cough or sore throat

Hyssop is one of the best natural ways to relieve a sore throat. With young kids in the house, I feel like someone or another is always coming down with a sore throat or cough during the cold season. I don't always like to give those strong over the counter medications and have started using more herbal treatments. Hyssop is one that I have found to be the best for relief of a sore throat or throat and chest congestion. It's easy to administer too. Just put a tablespoon full into a cup of hot tea or some soup. If you take this three times a day, you will notice a difference. Best part is that its not full of harsh medications and is relatively easy to find at the local vitamin store or online.
