I have used this product for many years and it is excellent. Just open the bottle, take a sniff, and you will notice the delicious fragrance. If I stop taking hyssop, my lungs start to congest. This supplement form is better than the comparable hyssop teas I've tried. If I drink those, I still get a little wheezy, but this one really helps to control the mucus. I've heard (from Rodale) that it also may have anti-tumor effects. If you have any lung or breathing-related problems, I would totally recommend this product. As an asthmatic, it is an essential part of my nutritional/herbal arsenal that has helped me to remain symptom-free for many months now. Give it a try -- it's reasonably-priced, too!
