Irish Moss has been a family secret for a very long time. It is THE CURE for a hangover!
We all have those nights where we know that we have drank a bit too much. But this helps make it all a little bit better! Just take a couple of capsules before you go to sleep. While it won't completely stop the hangover from coming, it will make the symptoms a lot more bearable.
Give this a try - trust me you will be hooked!Good Expectorant & More!
I was introduced to this seaweed called Irish Moss when I had a moderate case of bronchitis. As I watched my friend prepare it, I wondered whether or not it would be palatable. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it went down.
Since then, I have been getting it in capsule form, just because it is more economical, and I'm a bit lazy.
My dry cough soon became productive, my sore throat felt better, and my nasal passages stopped burning and itching.
I had also been experiencing a lot of nausea during my illness and this completely went away after just one dose.
Since my initial experience, I have found it to be quite effective as a laxative, as well as combating my frequent bouts of heartburn and indigestion.
It contains a lot of nutrients, and I expect that when I've been taking it longer, I'm going to notice other health benefits, as well.
For me, the only disadvantage is that it appears to have some antibiotic qualities and I am a firm believer in Kombucha Tea, which is a probiotic. It is not advised to use both an antibiotic and probiotic at the same time. But aside from this small drawback, I really recommend Irish Moss!
