All-around goodness!
by Jana

With all of the extracts out on the market today, Artichoke extract doesn't seem like such an amazing candidate. Try it for about a week or so, though, and you'll notice that you feel much healthier! It made me feel a little bit more energized, and my digestion was amazing. Also, Artichoke extract doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth like some extract pills do. It's really worth a shot!

Favorite Food
by Carol Stigger

With such a huge selection of herbals, each with their own unique benefit, I was having difficulty making up my mind. Then, I saw artichoke. My all time favorite food. I eat so much of it when I am in Italy and feel the best I've ever felt. I thought maybe I would feel the same without the actual artichoke. It's working! I feel great even though I'm not in Italy.
