one word:AWESOME! this by far the best kava i have had.it is instant so you dont have to worry about the coventional way to prepare kava.no mess at all.i find it is best when mixed with pineapple juice or coconut milk.any type of fruit juice will do.i usually use two table spoons to make my drink.this and all the other kavaking instant are awesome.treat yourself to some that is wonderful!!
