I used Kava Kava at a particularly stressful time in my life. It worked as long as I did not use things with caffine. It calmed me enough that I could think logically thru my stresses.

does not work they are tricking you into buying there "medicine" to make you think there is a cure this medicine makes everything worse just search liver toxicity and kava in the same sentence and i bet youll never touch this stuff


A great mood stabilizer

I have tried may different supplements to calm me and relieve my anxiety, but Kava Kava seems to work the best. I have not had any side effects and I don't get a groggy feeling that I sometimes get with other calming supplements. I just feel soothed and relaxed.

I take this product occasionally when my stress level becomes a problem. I have purchased many products from the Vitamin Shoppe and have always been pleased. It's works quickly and I have not experienced any side effects.


Helps Me Sleep

I don't know if it's the whole calming, relieving stress thing, but Kava Kava helped me sleep better. It's a very relaxing herb, and the capsules are easy to take. I'd rather take this than any Rx drug. Vitamin Shoppe always seems to put out good quality products, and this is another one of them.

Being affected by seasonal affective disorder is horrible. This stuff allows the constant anxiety to be taken care of without having to deal with the fake happiness provided by doctor prescribed medications

This product did very little to help my anxiety, in fact produced even more anxiety. I find the Vitamin Shoppe brands to be inferior to most others out on the market, and this product is no exception. It also exacerberates IBS-C, so please be careful. If I were you, I would go with the Pharma brand and others out there.
