I started taking Premium Kelp from Nature's Way about 3 months ago because I read it was good for the immune system and helped arthritis and helped fight colds and flu. It contains natural iodine and that is supposed to boost the thyroid activity. I can't really tell if it is working or not but so far I haven't gotten any colds this winter and I usually get 1 or 2 so it must be helping me. I will continue taking it.
Didn't work for weight loss

I really purchased this product for weight loss. Supposedly, kelp is good at helping you to lose a few pounds. It didn't work for me. If you have high blood pressure, make sure to monitor it while you are taking this product. I'm not sure what other health benefits kelp is good for, but if you are looking to lose weight this won't help.
