I have been taking Nature's Way Korean Ginsing Daily for 3 months. Since adding it to my daily immune support, I have not been sick once. Having a tendency to catch every bug I encounter, this says a lot. When I begin to feel a bit ill, I increase the doses to 3 a day and I think that helps a lot!
